type='text'>Biblical Advice on Food</title><content type='html'>Biblical Interview&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Question : Do you believe that God created all foods to be healthy to eat or are there certain foods that should be avoided?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Answer:&amp;nbsp;If God created something to be eaten then it is good to eat.&amp;nbsp; Again all things in moderation, too much of anything is not good.&amp;nbsp; The thing that has to be considered is the fact that God created everyone differently and what is good for some people may not be for others.&amp;nbsp; So it would be difficult to make a blanket statement on this or many of the questions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Question : Is there anything different how a Bible believer eats food compared to a non-Bible believer?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Answer:&amp;nbsp;I think we all pretty much eat our food the same.&amp;nbsp; But more seriously I would hope that as believers we remember our bodies are temples and take care of them.&amp;nbsp; Also the Bible speaks of the sin of gluttony. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.Question :&amp;nbsp; Does a God fearing man or woman have a responsibility to for what we eat?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Answer: We all reap what we sow, or are what we eat, so everyone is responsible for what they do or eat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Question : Are there any verses in the Bible that would show how to be healthy?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Answer: I do not claim to be a bible scholar.&amp;nbsp; I Think the Bible speaks more to principle of how to be healthy not specifics.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Question : Do you operate your restaurant/ dining-hall different than other businesses?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Answer:&amp;nbsp;I surely hope so.&amp;nbsp; I try to operate with honesty and integrity.&amp;nbsp; I also like to think that I conduct my life in a way that is different from most of the world (non-believers). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Your body disperses fluids during the night by drooling or both the lack of liquids during the night. The body is made of about 60% water and needs to be replenished as soon as possible. When you are low on water you are lower in energy and alertness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sore Throat&lt;br /&gt;For a sore throat, heat an equal amount of honey and apple cider vinegar. Honey has natural antibodies to help fight of infection.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tooth Ache&lt;br /&gt;For a tooth ache chew on some garlic. Garlic fights infection and has natural antibodies. Recommend doing at night when you are not around other people because of garlic breath. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stomach Ache&lt;br /&gt;If you have a stomach ache eat some saltine crackers. The crackers have baking soda in them, which will neutralize the acid in the stomach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Burns&lt;br /&gt;If you burn yourself pour peroxide over the burned area immediately. The peroxide will reoxygenize the burned area. Depending on the severity of the burn the it may not even hurt anymore. Apply peroxide to severe burns daily and to prevent a scare from appearing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cramps&lt;br /&gt;Drink apple cider vinegar for all types of cramps. The body absorbs the vinegar into the blood stream which allows it to break up the cramping area. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bee Sting&lt;br /&gt;If you are allergic to bee stings, there is ways to absorb the venom. Use a grated potato to draw out venom. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mosquito Bite&lt;br /&gt;A slice of onion on a mosquito bit will interrupt the pain signals, giving you pain relief.&lt;div Conducive to good health; healthful: healthy air.3. Indicative of sound, rational thinking or frame of mind: a healthy attitude.4. Sizable; considerable: a healthy portion of potatoes; a healthy raise in salary. The definition does not give how to be healthy and here are some ways to stay or become healthy.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #31849b;"&gt;Physical activity&lt;/span&gt; is one aspect of staying healthy. It allows more oxygen in your blood which gives you more energy. Staying active increases muscle flexibility, that will reduce injures. Stress relief can be obtained by doing an activity that will take your mind off of a circumstance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #31849b;"&gt;Eating a balanced meal&lt;/span&gt; of quality food is important for the body to repair and sustain itself. A variety of foods contain the nutrients needed to build a strong immune system, which are building blocks for a healthy body. Bread, fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy are the basics food groups that are needed to have nutrition balance for your body. Water is important as well since the body is made up of 60% to 70% water.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #31849b;"&gt;Rest&lt;/span&gt; plays a big part in how you feel and react to your school work and occupation. It is our responsibility to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night. A way to attain a comfortable level of sleep requires the use time management.
